This policy explains what personal data Launch Foundry collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) in mind.

Who we are

Launch Foundry is an AI product studio based at the Dubai AI Campus, DIFC Innovation Hub, Dubai, UAE. You can reach us at paolo@launchfoundry.ai.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, work email, company, a free-text description of the process that hurts most, and which option you chose (for example the 30-minute session or an Executive Session).
• Case-study request: your work email.
• Booking: whatever you enter in our booking tool when you book a session.
• Site usage: which pages and buttons are used, through a cookieless analytics tool. It does not set cookies.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange sessions you request, send you the material you ask for, and understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

Service providers act for us in handling form submissions, delivering email, measuring site usage and running the booking tool. They process your data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing paolo@launchfoundry.ai.
